Job Description
- Responsible for the design and development of two-way radios' antennas to be used by all products.
- RF design, simulation, optimization, validation and test activities associated with the antenna development will be required to ensure products compliance to reliability and regulatory standards.
- Construction of prototypes or proof of concepts for purposes of testing circuit designs as needed, using workbench tools and test equipment.
- Ensure product compliance to reliability and regulatory standards.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in RF, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or similar related areas.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in RF/Electrical/Electronics design.
- Knowledgeable with RF, electrical/electronics design, antenna related .
- Experience at RF simulations.
- Knowledgeable to use RF equipment such as Network Analyzer, Signal Generator, Oscilloscope and etc.
- Familiar with simulation and design tools such as ADS, CST and others. Familiar with RF equipment such as CMW, network analyzer and spectrum analyzer.
- Good team spirit, good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
