Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Electrical Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to focus on electronic circuit design, layout of Printed Circuit Boards, and cable/harness design and layout for new designs and fielded systems.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Take design concepts from block diagram or requirements level to development of complete hardware designs.
- Design and layout complex cables and harnesses
- Develop and maintain schematics, wiring diagrams, and PCB layouts
- Support system integration, test, and troubleshooting in lab and field environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, systems, software)
- Participate in design reviews, integration events, and test activities
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering or system integration
- Experience in design of digital/analog/mixed signal electronics, component selection, and interface/communication standards
- Experience designing cable and harness assemblies
- Experience in PCB design and troubleshooting
- Experience with test equipment in lab environments
- U.S. Citizenship required
