We are seeking applicants for an Electrical Engineer in our International Falls, Minnesota Paper Mill. The International Falls facility is a White Paper Mill owned by Packaging Corporation of America.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and operating support to departments, support groups, and hourly operations employees in the areas of optimization, energy, cost savings, technical and process studies, technology implementation and operator training.
- Assignments will include completion of projects and development activities to prepare for operation and maintenance positions as vacancies occur.
- Work to enhance skill development while gaining orientation of various process areas.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS Degree in electrical engineering required.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a current valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Co-op or Intern experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary range for position: $86,000 to $127,200.
- Paid Vacation.
- Paid Holidays.
- Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision – and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.
