The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing electrical systems and components for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Develop detailed electrical designs, specifications, and schematics for new and existing products, considering factors such as safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure all electrical designs adhere to relevant industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements, and participate in the certification process as necessary.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to electrical design, troubleshoot problems during testing, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of electrical designs, including specifications, drawings, and test results, for internal and external reference.
Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
Skills Required
- Experience developing detailed electrical designs, specifications, and schematics
- Knowledge of electrical safety, reliability, industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical design issues during testing and implement corrective measures
- Ability to maintain accurate electrical design documentation, drawings, specifications, and test results
