Join our cutting-edge Biologics team and play a key role in keeping our highly automated facilities running at peak performance. We’re looking for an Electrical & Automation Engineer with solid experience in DeltaV systems and a passion for smart, compliant, and efficient manufacturing solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure flawless operation of DeltaV- and MES-controlled Biologics production systems.
- Plan and execute maintenance, changeovers, and improvement projects for MSR systems within scope and budget.
- Manage GMP-compliant activities including testing, documentation, and change management (Kneat, Ubik).
- Keep SAP/COMOS documentation up to date and fully compliant.
- Drive continuous improvement in equipment performance and maintenance processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize operations.
Whay you need to succed:
- Proven hands-on expertise with DeltaV; experience with MES Syncade and COMOS/SAP is a plus.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Systems Engineering.
- Background in pharma or biotech operations and maintenance.
- Knowledge of GMP standards and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or German.
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset.
