What You’ll Do
- Support licensed electricians with residential installations and repairs
- Learn and apply electrical codes, safety practices, and wiring standards
- Assist with organizing tools, materials, and job site clean-up
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Participate in regular training to enhance your technical skills
What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to learn and grow in the electrical trade
- Drug-free with a clean criminal background
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, or tight areas
- Professional appearance and commitment to safety and quality
- Authorized to work in the United States
