Our apprentice program is designed to give aspiring electricians the hands-on experience they need to grow in the trade while working alongside experienced professionals.

Requirements
- Assist both Service and Install Electricians with various electrical tasks, including rewires, security system setups, lighting installations, panel upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Support the Electrician in ensuring all work complies with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Learn and apply residential electrical installation and service techniques, receiving on-the-job training to enhance your skill set.
- Track and organize materials for each job, ensuring proper documentation for project costing and completion.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.
- Shadow Electricians during customer visits, gaining insight into technical problem-solving and customer service.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to supplement hands-on learning and classroom knowledge.
- Communicate with team members and customers professionally, as directed by the Electrician.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Enrollment in or completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
- Strong interest in becoming a licensed Electrician (EL01/EL02) in Washington state.
- Eagerness to learn residential electrical work and apply electrical code in real-world situations.
