Job DescriptionWe are looking for an eLearning Specialist to coordinate and support the delivery of our blended (offline and virtual) and online trainings programs. We want to work with someone who is passionate about customer service, process-focused, and committed to ensure most effective learning and enhancement of knowledge a
- Support and produce virtual and online events within Virtual Software and online LMS software
- Monitor and ensure accurate and timely communication with participants through the automated email system
- Assist in eBook ordering and delivery
- Assist with learning logistic and configuration calls before events
- Manage calendaring with all resources needed for live and online virtual delivery
- Send training logistical summaries to trainer and administrator for each virtual or online event – also gather completed summaries at the end for tracking and reporting
- Work with Sales Administrator to provide learner billing information
- Work with Sales Reps to assist in answering product and technology questions in relation to the virtual and online products
- Respond to virtual and online participants and other participant support emails
- Assist with tracking demand, data gathering, reporting and other analytics
- College Degree or some post-graduate preferred
- 1+ years’ experience working in a professional setting with customer-facing responsibilities preferred
- Demonstrates high attention to detail
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Applications – Especially, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience using virtual software (Adobe Connect, Cisco Webex, GotoTraining) and online LMS software
- Sense of urgency and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills (orally and verbally) to develop and maintain cooperative working and business relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages will be a bonus)
- Enthusiasm for learning new systems, softwares and processes
- Experience that demonstrates high degree of self-direction, initiative and motivation
