Ejecutivo De Televentas

Objetivo del puesto: 

Cumplir con los objetivos establecidos por la empresa mensual y anual. 

Principales Funciones: 

• Cumplir con las metas mensualmente establecidas por la empresa. 
• Atención de leads por Formulario, WhatsApp y llamadas. 
• Cumplir con los tiempos de atención de leads establecidos. 
• Calificar correctamente la atención de los leads. 
• Ofrecer planes y terminales aprobados por el negocio. 
• Revisión de APC con la autorización del cliente. 
• Realizar seguimiento a todo prospecto hasta finalizar el cierre de la venta. 
• Actualizar el informe para el control de ventas y seguimiento de prospectos. 
• Realizar activaciones de planes de manera correcta cumpliendo todos los procesos. 
• Registrar las ventas de forma correcta y en los tiempos establecidos. 
• Procesar la información correcta de los clientes (dirección, nombre, número de cédula, correo electrónico, etc.) en los sistemas de trabajo. 
• Programación de Asap para el envío de Simcard y Terminales. 
• Realizar cierre de ventas a través de Avaya. 
• Realizar cambios de plan el mismo día de activación para los clientes convergente. 

Requisitos: 

• Experiencia en Ventas Digital (deseable) 
• Manejo de Excel Intermedio. 
• Bachiller completo. 
• Experto en manejo de Objeciones.

• Buena actitud y aptitud. 
• Manejo de Inteligencia Emocional. 
• Comunicación. 
• Buenas interrelaciones personales.
