Mantener un canal de comunicación efectivo con el cliente y dar

cumplimiento del servicio establecido.

a) Cumplir con las especificaciones exigidas por el cliente en cuanto al

servicio de alimentación según el contrato establecido en el punto.

b) Acompañar las reuniones solicitadas por el Cliente Externo y establecer

tiempos de respuesta ante sus solicitudes.

c) Ser el puente de comunicación entre el cliente externo y GCG

d) Dar cumplimiento y reportar los indicadores a los programas de

mejoramiento del canal de servicio al cliente.

e) Acompañar ante solicitudes del Cliente de nuevos productos o

presentaciones para buscar la mejor alternativa rentable.

f) Presentar y hacer seguimiento de los planes de acción generados por las

no conformidades presentadas en el desarrollo de la operación por parte

del cliente

Garantizar el mejoramiento continuo dentro de todo el proceso

productivo, desde la solicitud de materia hasta la venta efectiva.

a) Establecer procedimientos y formatos para el área de operaciones que

permitan una mejor gestión y estandarización de las actividades.

b) Sensibilizar al personal del punto y/o cargos sobre los nuevos procesos

establecidos.

Skills Required

  • Experience in customer service or account management
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Knowledge of food service operations is a plus
