About the Role

• Consulting/support in the fulfillment of legal occupational safety regulations Ensuring compliance with specific standard requirements according to 18001/45001 Implementation of Health and Safety requirements relevant to the Group.
• Participation and active involvement in the context of internal and external audits Organization of an efficient structured occupational safety team
• Secured and documented evidence for the fulfillment of compliance topics relevant for Functional Department Infrastructure Management

Your Responsibilities

• Establish and design functional structures
• Create conducive framework conditions
• Provide trainings to employees regarding EHS concepts
• Contribute specialist know-how
• Carrying out workplace evaluations Cooperation with the labor inspectorate
• Standardized accident evaluation incl. necessary documentation.
• Reporting of accidents at work to the statutory insurance agency Analysis and statistical evaluation of accident frequencies (statistics)
• Training and instruction of employees, employers, Security trusted personnel, external companies Employees Collaboration in the preparation of authority procedures (EVAL) for workplaces.
• Implementation and support of internal and external audits within the framework of the management system
• Expert and contact person for ergonomics
• Secured and documented evidence for the fulfillment of the compliance topics relevant for Functional Department Infrastructure Management
• Management system representative according to N85000 for ISO 14001 and Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS)
• Integration of Magna Environment requirements and implementation as part of the environmental management system
• Timely fulfillment of legal and group-specific environmentally relevant reporting obligations

Who we are looking for

• Technical education (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical laboratory assistant, maintenance, etc.)
• Experience in setting up a subject-specific management system
• Experience in project management, process analysis, process design
• Environmental officer for EMS, internal environmental auditor
• Auditor training (18001, 14001, 19001, 27001, 45001)
• Plant foreman (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry)
• Basic knowledge of environmental legislation
• Understanding of norms
• Application of data management systems

Your preferred qualifications

• University Degree with Engineering (Safety Engineering)
