Sales & Business Development:

  • Generate leads and manage sales pipeline for assigned territory through appropriate engagement planning.
  • Conduct demos and presentations showcasing EHR features, benefits, and ROI to physicians, administrators, and IT staff.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to implementation.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, fostering trust and credibility.

Product Expertise & Consultation:

  • Maintain deep knowledge of EHR software, healthcare regulations, and industry trends.
  • Articulate complex clinical and technical features in understandable terms for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with implementation, support, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.

Administrative & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to regional sales strategy. 

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in healthcare software sales.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a large-scale strategic sales opportunity, and drive results.
