As a Senior AEM Frontend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance, scalable digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager. You will bridge the gap between creative design and technical implementation, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional user experiences across our digital platforms.

How your day-to-day work will look like:

  • Design and implement customized frontend solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring high quality and performance standards.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance AEM-based websites and components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTL (Sightly).
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend templates with Sling Models and OSGi services, ensuring clean separation of concerns.
  • Lead the troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of frontend implementation issues across AEM environments.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce frontend coding standards and AEM best practices within the team.
  • Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on AEM development patterns and frontend quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/Design teams to ensure pixel-accurate, accessible, and performant implementations.
  • Communicate proactively with client stakeholders to provide updates, clarify requirements, and manage expectations.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and AEM package management workflows.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement).

This would make you the ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ Years of experience working in frontend software development.
  • 2+ Years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x and/or AEM as a Cloud Service).
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including experience within the AEM CMS platform.
  • Experience with SASS, LESS, or other CSS Frameworks.
  • Experience developing AEM components using HTL (Sightly) and integrating with backend Sling Models.
  • Familiarity with AEM's content authoring tools, editable templates, and component dialog configuration.
  • AEM Clientlibs, bundle generator configuration.
  • Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and frontend performance optimization.
  • Be aware of FE tactics to avoid security issues.
  • Familiarity with Maven-based build pipelines and AEM package management.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in dynamic, client-facing environments.
  • Experience delivering great performant and accessible sites, applying best practices to get the best score in WEB Vitals and A11y.
  • Active use of AI coding tools as part of daily development workflow — particularly Windsurf and Claude. We expect candidates to be comfortable leveraging AI assistance for code generation, debugging, documentation, and implementation acceleration.
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
