Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
Hardware Test Planning & Validation
- Define and manage hardware test activities for ECU development projects.
- Analyze EE requirements and derive validation and integration test strategies.
- Develop test plans, test schedules, and validation coverage.
- Create hardware test cases based on requirements and design specifications.
- Execute functional, electrical, integration, and board-level validation tests.
- Generate, maintain, and review test reports.
Hardware Debugging & Analysis
- Perform board-level hardware debugging and root-cause analysis.
- Investigate and resolve hardware and software-related failures.
- Support design teams in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Communication & System Testing
- Validate and troubleshoot communication interfaces, including:
- CAN
- LIN
- SPI
- FlexRay
- Support hardware integration and ECU-level testing activities.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hardware, software, system, and project teams.
- Track validation progress and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Participate in technical reviews and project discussions.
