- Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications.

Compensation

- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- USPTO registration required.
- Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of law firm patent prosecution experience.
- Strong patent drafting and prosecution background.
- Experience with telecom, AI, software, or related technologies preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work directly with clients.
