- Active New Mexico Education Diagnostician license or eligibility
- New Mexico PED (Public Education Department) Certification
- 0-1 year of experience (new graduates encouraged if certification requirements are met)
- Previous experience in school-based special education evaluations
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and special education compliance
