What you'll do

  • Lead the classes that prepare our teams for success; including general orientation, dementia care, skills and medication training.
  • Keep training materials and records current and in line with MN, WI and CO assisted living requirements. 
  • Travel to our communities for on-site training as needed.

What you bring

  • Active Minnesota RN license (required).
  • 2+ years of RN experience in assisted living, long-term care or senior care.
  • A clear, encouraging teaching style that works for new and experienced caregivers alike.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience teaching dementia care, skills and medication administration, or CPR instructor certification, is a plus.

Skills Required
