  • Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for video intros, explainers, social content, product demos, and brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs, storyboards, and scripts into compelling visual stories.
  • Maintain brand consistency in color, typography, and animation style across all video outputs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Stay current on video trends, animation styles, and editing software updates.
  • Optimize video formats for web, social, and paid media distribution.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics (agency or in-house preferred).
  • Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop/Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color, and visual composition.
  • Experience with 2D animation, compositing, and basic 3D integration a plus (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).
  • Knowledge of sound design and audio mixing principles.
  • Ability to manage feedback and work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and visual problem-solving skills.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with 3D motion design or visual effects (VFX).
  • Familiarity with social media video formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Basic camera operation and on-set production experience.
  • Working knowledge of color grading and DaVinci Resolve.
What You’ll Bring
  • A creative eye and attention to detail.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of video and motion design work.
  • A proactive mindset — always looking for ways to elevate storytelling through movement and design.
