Job Description

This individual will be part of the IT team based in the APAC Region reporting to the Leader based in the USA who manages B2B EDI Middleware and Integration teams.

This candidate should have

  • Fluency in the English and Mandarin language.
  • Technical understanding of RNET, EDI, EDI Fax, Flat file, and SAP IDoc or API/Web Services Integration
  • Ability to create Technical Design Specifications that align with functional requirements.
  • Explain mapping guides, sample files, and schemas.
  • Analyze, clarify, and translate business requirements into technical or process specifications.
  • Understand/communicate B2B standards (underlying business flows, message structures) and how the Organization uses those standards with our Trading Partners.
  • Previous experience with Rosetta Net and X12
  • Help onboard new trading partners in the APAC Region
  • Communicate with trading partners on Organization requirements for each interface.
  • Perform internal testing after changes by either the Organization or trading partner.
  • Perform external testing with trading partners.
  • Coordinate with trading partners on go-live timings.
  • Manage internal and external schedules and scope.
  • Collaborate closely with Internal teams, SaaS/Cloud Solution Providers, and Trading Partners to test new business capabilities.
  • Develop B2B use cases, customer scenarios, prototypes/demos, coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications, and provide support.
  • Previous Hands-On experience in the Dell-Boomi integration layer is a nice to have skill set.
  • Work is performed independently requiring judgment and discretion. May receive limited guidance for new assignments.
  • Occasionally Working Extended hours for meeting with IT and Business teams in USA (PST Time Zone)

Qualifications

  • 7+ years relevant with bachelor's or equivalent
  • 3+ SAP Experience
  • Experience working across various trading partners and internal IT teams.
