Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams and external clients.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and remediate issues to ensure optimal uptime.
Maintain secure, reliable, and up‑to‑date hardware and software environments.
Lead and execute day‑to‑day IT operations related to Edge infrastructure.

Required Competencies
Primary Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in:
VMware vSphere and vCenter
VMware Aria Operations
vSAN / NAS technologies
Solid experience in Linux system administration (RHEL 7 / 8 / 9).
Ability to perform hardware monitoring and provide production support.
Hands‑on experience with backup and recovery solutions such as Veeam and Rubrik.
Strong understanding of security principles, controls, and operational security practices.
Advanced troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities.
Working knowledge of ITIL service management frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
Secondary Technical Skills
Ability to prepare high‑level technical and operational documentation (optional).
