  • Formulate and put forward new testing ideas, managing the backlog to continuously improve overall site performance and commercial results.
  • Monitor competitors and user behavior to generate innovative ideas for the product experience, assisting with technical scoping requirements.
  • Flag, track and resolve live site functionality issues promptly, collaborating with support teams and escalating obstacles when necessary.
  • Partner collaboratively across internal teams, including eCommerce Data, Developments, UX, Marketing and Product Content and external partners like Bazaarvoice and Google.
  • Identify and drive AI and automation solutions to streamline admin tasks and enhance overall team capacity and efficiency.
  • Review top line funnel KPIs (conversion, traffic, drop offs, sales) and deliver weekly trade updates on key metrics and project progress.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience within a relevant Product / eCommerce related role.
  • Proven eCommerce expertise with a strong understanding of data analytics, user intent, competitor landscapes and site optimisation trends.
  • An analytical, data driven mindset with the ability to turn raw metrics and user behavior insights into clear commercial improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within fast paced, cross functional teams and managing a variety of stakeholder expectations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, confident in presenting complex ideas clearly to both technical teams and senior management.
  • Strong project management skills, sharp attention to detail and the ability to work to tight timelines while keeping the customer at the heart of every deliverable.
