We are developing Nebula – the biggest brand in the spiritual niche:

• Nebula is #1 in its niche in terms of downloads and revenue targets;

• 4.8 - our average AppStore rating (with more than 215 thousand ratings).

We are looking for a talented eCommerce Product Manager to join a new team focused on strategic projects and play a key role in launching and scaling a new product within OBRIO’s eCommerce direction. This is your chance to take the lead in building something tangible from scratch – from product packaging to full-scale market launches.

💪🏼 Take the Lead: As the first dedicated team member to the new eCommerce business, you’ll directly influence product development and operational setup.

📦 From Idea to Shelf: You'll be at the heart of creating a physical product – from concept validation, packaging design, and supplier search to launching it in international markets.

🚀 Maximum Autonomy and Trust: You own the process and outcomes without micromanagement. Your focus is on driving real results.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, and Strategy teams to bring a new product to life.

Your Impact:

• Product Development: Lead the creation of the product from concept and packaging design to positioning, ensuring market fit and brand consistency.
• Analytics: Set up efficient analytics for product sales and delivery, including performance management and monitoring of results.
• User Journey: Build outstanding user experience from creative to using our physical product at home.
• Go-to-market: Test hypotheses, launch MVPs, gather feedback, and scale successful products to new regions.
• Profitability & Optimization: Continuously refine processes to ensure healthy margins and sustainable growth.

• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in eCommerce operations or product management, with a strong track record of driving results and scaling processes.

• Analytical Skills: Confident with numbers, Excel, and reporting tools.

• Project Management: Able to manage complex cross-functional projects end-to-end.

• Budgeting: Experienced in cost planning and optimization.

• Operations-Minded: Always seeking to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
