The Role:
We're looking for a talented, lightning-fast, and genuinely fun freelance content writer to join our dynamic team in this freelance remote position! Your primary mission will be to craft unique, engaging, and SEO-friendly category descriptions for our US website. This isn't just about listing products; it's about setting the mood, telling a story, and captivating our customers from the moment they land on a page. Think of it as writing the opening lines of a best friend's text, guiding them through a dazzling wardrobe.
Essentially, you will be enhancing our product through your excellent and unique descriptions that capture the essence of our product and delight out customer!
Who are you?
- Exceptionally strong English skills - US-based dialect/understanding is a HUGE plus: your writing needs to resonate perfectly with our US audience.
- Experience in E-commerce Fashion Content: You understand product descriptions, category pages, and how to write for conversion without sounding salesy
- - Showpo Brand Alignment: You "get" our vibe – fun, flirty, confident, inclusive, and a little bit sassy We'll be looking for your ability to mimic and enhance our existing brand voice.
- - Speed & Efficiency: This is a fast-paced role! We need someone who can turn around high-quality content quickly without sacrificing quality
- - SEO Savvy (Basic): You understand how to naturally weave in keywords without keyword stuffing
