Te Tūranga – About the role
As our eCommerce Personalisation & Optimisation Specialist, you’ll lead the execution and continuous optimisation of our personalisation and product recommendations strategy across Foodies’ online platforms.
You’ll also:
· Act as the subject matter expert for Dynamic Yield, guiding best practice across eCommerce and Marketing teams
· Translate trading goals and business priorities into tailored Dynamic Yield use cases
· Configure, launch and continuously evolve onsite personalisation, recommendations and targeted experiences
· Monitor, analyse and report on uplift, incrementality and performance to inform ongoing prioritisation
· Work with Merchandising to ensure category plans and new product launches are well supported online
· Stay across eCommerce and personalisation trends, identifying growth opportunities
· Produce reporting, data validation and documentation that supports decision‑making and optimisation

You’ll bring:
· Experience executing personalisation or recommendation strategies within Dynamic Yield or a comparable platform
· Ability to convert commercial goals into personalisation use cases
· Solid understanding of eCommerce merchandising, search and product discovery principles
· Strong communication skills, able to explain personalisation concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
· Experience using search optimisation tools and content management platforms
· Strong attention to detail and a data‑driven mindset
