Podean is seeking an eCommerce Media Specialist to support the success of Amazon and other marketplace media campaigns. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn, grow, and develop expertise in digital media and eCommerce. Working closely with senior team members, you will gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, data analysis, and client communication while helping to drive results for leading brands.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the day-to-day management of Amazon and marketplace media campaigns.
- Support in monitoring and optimising campaigns to achieve client goals.
- Conduct research, build reports, and analyse performance data to generate insights.
- Help develop test plans and contribute to strategic discussions with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Learn to translate client objectives into actionable tactics, gaining confidence in campaign set-up and execution.
- Build foundational knowledge in paid search and marketplace media best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, or media.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to build relationships and learn client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and chart creation is a plus).
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm to learn and a proactive attitude - no prior agency experience required, but a strong desire to develop in this field is essential.
