About Church Hill Classics: At Church Hill Classics, we've proudly handcrafted over two million custom diploma frames, certificate frames, varsity letter frames, and award frames since 1991. Based in Monroe, CT, our female-owned company remains a U.S. leader in premium custom framing, trusted by over 1,500 colleges and universities, honor societies, the U.S. Military, and professional associations.
The Role: We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator to own reporting and analytics for our ecommerce websites: diplomaframe.com, customframes.com, and militaryframes.com. Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, you'll support the Ecommerce team with data, data entry, and detailed work across email, paid media, and our websites. This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday. Our busiest seasons are graduation and the holidays, when the pace picks up.
This position is analytical and operational in focus. It is not a social media or creative role and does not include content creation or graphic design. The ideal candidate is curious about what drives results, takes pride in accuracy, juggles multiple priorities with ease, and stays fully engaged throughout the workday. No experience with our tools is required; we will train you.
We use AI tools to support our work, but our strategy and decisions are driven by our team. We're looking for someone with strong independent judgment who uses technology to enhance their thinking, not replace it.
What You'll Do:
-
Own daily revenue updates and monthly and quarterly Ecommerce KPI reports.
-
Analyze data from GA4, Klaviyo, Google Ads, and sales reports, and turn the numbers into clear takeaways.
-
Check A/B tests, promotions, and emails for accuracy before and during launch.
-
Complete and submit new product forms to set up new products on our websites, and track each launch through our New Product Tracker.
-
Handle regular manual data entry for product, pricing, and site information with a high level of accuracy.
-
Use Monday.com to manage tasks, deadlines, and project updates.
-
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Why Join Us: Because we're more than just a manufacturer. We're storytellers of achievement, innovators of design, and dedicated to delivering craftsmanship that celebrates life's milestones. As part of the Church Hill Classics team, you will be part of a brand recognized for excellence and quality, and you will be an active participant in contributing to the growth and success of a company that values precision, creativity, and collaboration. You'll also get hands-on training across analytics, promotions, email, paid media, and SEO, with real ownership from day one and room to grow.
We also offer fantastic benefits:

Qualifications: What We're Looking For:
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
-
At least one internship in marketing, e-commerce, or analytics.
-
0 to 2 years of professional experience (internships count).
-
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic charts.
-
Comfort working with numbers and the ability to explain them in plain language.
-
Exceptional attention to detail; you check your work before you share it.
-
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
Self-motivated and coachable, with a strong drive to learn and follow through.
-
Ability to navigate computer systems and use Microsoft Office programs.
-
Experience with GA4, Klaviyo, Google Ads, or Monday.com is a plus.
Prove You Want This: Spend 15 minutes on diplomaframe.com, militaryframes.com, or customframes.com and tell us one thing you noticed that could confuse a customer or stop them from buying.
