RocketAMS is looking for an Ecommerce Growth Consultant to lead strategy and client relationships across a portfolio of consumer brands on Amazon AU, US, JP, and UK.
We’ll teach you the Amazon side. What we’re looking for is someone from the agency world who knows how to manage clients, keep projects moving, and bring fresh skills to the table – whether that’s B2B marketing and thought leadership, performance marketing and retail media, content and influence, or agency operations and profile building.
This isn’t a creative role – we already have specialists for that. Your focus will be on client leadership, growth, and sharpening how the agency operates and shows up in the market.
We’re a remote-first team, but we also have co working spaces in Melbourne and Sydney for anyone who enjoys in-person collaboration.
You’ll own relationships with brands, guide our in-house team, and help RocketAMS grow its presence as Australia’s fastest-growing Amazon agency.
Responsibilities:
- Run the day-to-day for clients – setting direction, leading calls, and keeping things on track.
- Manage and coach in-house specialists across ads, content, and retail ops.
- Translate performance data into clear insights and actions.
- Contribute to RocketAMS’s growth – whether that’s through:
- Building thought leadership on LinkedIn and B2B marketing,
- Leading retail media campaigns (client or internal),
- Driving awards and profile in the agency landscape, or
- Sharpening operations and process.
- Review deliverables before they go to clients – quality is on you.
- Solve problems quickly, prioritise what matters, and keep momentum.
About You:
You come from an agency background and know how to make things happen in a fast-paced environment. You might have built your career in:
- B2B marketing / content / thought leadership
- Performance marketing / retail media
- Influencer / creative brand building
- Agency operations, awards, or profile
You don’t need deep Amazon experience – we’ll train you – but you’re curious, adaptable, and ready to apply your skills to the world’s fastest-growing retail channel.
