Description:

We are an agency serving the ecommerce space and we provide ongoing email marketing services to our clients.

We are looking for an ecommerce, email marketing-savvy, designer to join our team and provide design support for our clients. The right candidate for this position will have experience working for another agency doing email marketing design work, and possess a good understanding of best practices in email marketing design for ecommerce.

You’ll be responsible for designing high-quality email campaigns, automated flows, sign-up forms (pop-ups), animations, and scalable email design systems across multiple eCommerce brands.

What You’ll Do

• Design high-performing email campaigns and automated flows
  
• Create sign-up forms, pop-ups, and retention marketing assets
  
• Develop and maintain modular email systems in Figma
  
• Design scalable components, reusable sections, and structured layouts
  
• Ensure mobile-first execution and accessibility standards
  
• Prepare assets for Klaviyo implementation (and support builds when needed)
  
• Manage multiple client accounts with varying brand aesthetics
  
• Incorporate client feedback accurately and thoughtfully
  
• Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and visual brand expression
  
• Stay up to date with industry trends in email design and deliverability

Candidate requirements:

• Must be Fluent English speaker
• You should have a good design sense; your design work should look at home alongside current modern ecommerce designs.
• You should be organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
• You should have a passion for ecommerce and a desire to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices.
• You should be comfortable with working remotely and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Technical Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email design for eCommerce brands using Klaviyo
• Experience working in an email marketing agency is a strong plus
• Advanced proficiency in Figma

  • Libraries & Design Systems
• Experience designing and/or implementing emails in Klaviyo Email Builder
• Strong understanding of:
  • Typography & hierarchy
  • Mobile-first design
  • Accessibility standards
  • Alt text best practices
  • Dark mode design
  • Image optimization & file size management
• AI Competency (Big plus). AI is a core part of our creative workflow. The ideal candidate:
  • Uses Figma AI and image generation tools confidently
  • Creates and maintains prompt libraries and visual style references
  • Understands how to control composition, consistency, and brand alignment in AI-generated assets
  • Uses AI as a strategic tool, not a shortcut
