Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced eB2B Deployment Manager to accelerate the roll-out of our new Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform across Europe under the strategic ORBIT program. By leading these deployments and collaborating closely with global, regional, and local business teams, this role is critical to ensuring project success, proactively managing risks and timelines, and driving Royal Canin's digital commerce transformation at scale.
What are we looking for?
Essential Requirements:
- 7 years of IT project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-market projects.
- Hands-on experience deploying eCommerce platforms (B2B portals), ideally across multiple business units or regions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and align diverse teams at all levels.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
Nice-to-haves:
- A recognized project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum).
- Prior experience managing deployments specifically on Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of Change Management methodologies to drive user and market adoption.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead End-to-End Deployments: Drive the deployment of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, from Pre-Project and Fit to Template to final Hypercare exit and run transition.
- Manage Key Stakeholders: Facilitate governance meetings and maintain complete transparency with regional and local stakeholders, ensuring continuous alignment and engagement.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and inspire project teams of up to 20 cross-functional associates, aligning internal experts and external partners.
- Mitigate Risks & Issues: Proactively identify, track, and resolve project risks (such as localization constraints or data model gaps) to secure deployment timelines.
