About the Role 

SharkNinja is looking for an eCommerce IT Operations Coordinator to join our growing IT team. This position will play an essential support role within the team and will focus on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the development of changes and new features for the D2C websites and associated applications. 

We are looking for a highly organised person, with excellent communication skills, and an ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requests simultaneously. The ideal candidate would have a proven experience in eCommerce, website development, and Agile delivery environment.  

We work with a hybrid model, 3 days a week in our iconic Battersea Power Station London office.

Here are some of the exciting things that you'll get to do:

  • Work with Business Analysts to raise new requests.
  • Look after Continuous Development backlog.
  • Ensure processes are followed and priorities met for all sizes of requests.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to facilitate communications with the development team.
  • Address impediments as they arise, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved.
  • ‘Spot the smoke’, identifying challenges before they affect delivery.
  • Maintain regular reporting of activities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skillfully organised and with a keen eye for details.
  • Capable of working to deadlines and to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
  • A commercial acumen mindset able to align with business drivers.
  • Knowledge of Project Management methods. 
  • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Experience of working with transactional websites.
  • Experience in the Intershop website platform.
  • Team management skills.
