Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive product listings for IT hardware, software, and accessories.
  • Partner with Product Managers to gather technical specifications, pricing updates, and go-to-market materials.
  • Utilize Jira to track content requests, prioritize daily catalog updates, and log website issues for quick resolution.
  • Write and format clear, accurate, and SEO-friendly product descriptions that highlight features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain detailed compatibility lists, technical specification tables, and product comparison charts.
  • Source, resize, and upload high-quality product images, diagrams, and other media.
  • Monitor and update dynamic fields such as pricing and product availability to ensure accuracy across the storefront.
  • Regularly audit live product pages to fix broken links, outdated specs, or formatting issues.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce content management, catalog management, or a similar data-heavy role.
  • Understanding of IT products (components, networking gear, software, etc.) and the ability to confidently read and interpret technical spec sheets.
  • Experience using Jira and Office programs (especially Excel for managing bulk data, compatibility matrices, and pricing sheets).
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Meticulous accuracy when dealing with numbers, SKUs, pricing, and compatibility matrices.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a strong plus for formatting product pages.

Skills Required
