The SONG practice is aligned to the Global Network Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales, and services functions. As part of the team, you will work on transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.
The team is comprised of individuals who have a great understanding of customer services function and span across various industries like CPG, CHT, FS, Utilities and Retail. The team leverages these diversified skills to deliver projects that helps drive quantifiable value to our clients.
We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define Commerce strategies, designing and implementing new commerce models, and help optimize commerce operations as well as existing GTM strategies of our clients. Individuals must have excellent communication skills, knowledge in relevant technologies, creative problem solver and commitment to quality
Key responsibilities include:
Act as a trusted advisor to banking clients by bringing deep knowledge of commerce strategy, customer experience trends, and industry-specific business models.
Shape and define future-state commerce processes in partnership with business leaders—aligning digital channels, products, and services with customer needs and banking regulations.
Bridge strategy and execution by translating business objectives into actionable requirements and enablement plans that technology, product, and operations teams can deliver against.
Apply best practices and insights from leading commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce) to advise clients—not only on features but on how they can enable revenue growth, ecosystem integration, and customer engagement in financial services.
Engage proactively with stakeholders to identify key metrics, define success measures, and recommend strategies that improve digital sales, onboarding, and service adoption.
Facilitate collaboration across business, technology, and testing teams, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and technical solutions.
Deliver demos and proof-of-concepts to illustrate how commerce capabilities can drive banking use cases (e.g., digital product bundles, subscription models, omnichannel engagement).
Bring forward thought leadership and POVs on emerging commerce strategies, technologies, and operating models that can broaden and future-proof the client’s approach.
Develop and mentor a team of commerce professionals, building deep expertise in financial services commerce while fostering a client-centric, innovation-driven culture.

Your experience counts!
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 7-8 years digital commerce functional consulting within the banking industry
Experience leading engagements in Digital Transformation areas using Agile Methodology
Ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively
Experience in managing small / mid-sized teams
Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations
Extensive hands-on experience in leading and implementing e-commerce platforms, specifically in the areas of solution or functional architecture, prescriptive business requirements assessment and solutioning, leading and coordinating solution design, and deployment & Change management across multi-dimensional team.
Hands on experience on performing business user configurations on at least two of the below listed eCommerce platforms.
Salesforce Commerce cloud
Adobe Magento
SAP commerce cloud (SAP Hybris Commerce)
Understanding of digital commerce ecosystem
Certifications: Good to have any of the following certifications
SAP Commerce Cloud Business User /SAP Hybris Business Analyst
Adobe Magento solution specialist
Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
