- Deliver high-quality, scheduled performance reporting for leadership (site and competitive metrics).
- Provide daily analytics support, including ad hoc reporting on request.
- Track trends in e-commerce and the electronic components industry.
- Collaborate with Analytics Architects to understand and improve tagging structure.
- Work with third-party analytics tool providers as needed.
- Build and improve data visualizations and dashboards (Tableau preferred).
- Create reports that clearly communicate insights and conclusions.
- Document requirements using diagrams, process models, wireframes, and dataflows when needed.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
- Ability to explain user behavior through data and insights.
- Dashboard design and data visualization capability.
- Understanding of web analytics concepts, tagging, and standard web metrics.
- Strong Excel skills; ability to transform data into presentable findings.
- Tableau (or similar BI/reporting tools)
- Google Analytics (including non-direct measurement-based tools)
- SQL (working knowledge)
- R or similar language/software
- Alteryx (or similar ETL platform)
- Cloud data warehousing exposure (BigQuery or AWS)
- Understanding of A/B testing, optimization, data governance, and basic ML concepts
- Experience with multi-domain, multi-language international e-commerce websites
- Bachelor’s 1+ year related experience; 2+ years overall; basic SQL/R; basic reporting tools; basic ETL/cloud/ML exposure.
- Increased ownership of dashboards, recommendations, tagging/measurement, stakeholder partnership, and deeper experience across analytics, tools, and methods.
