  • Review tracking implementations, investigate data discrepancies and coordinate improvements with technical teams.
  • Help improve attribution approaches and communicate their limitations clearly.
  • Monitor the impact of optimisation initiatives on conversion rate, average order value and revenue.

What we expect from you:

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, including eCommerce event tracking and funnel analysis.
  • Experience with Matomo or a comparable web analytics platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and an understanding of its analytics and tracking setup.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI or Looker Studio.
  • Familiarity with heatmap and session recording tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.
  • Practical experience planning A/B tests and interpreting results using sound statistical principles.
  • The ability to combine data from multiple sources and translate findings into clear business recommendations.

  • A strong understanding of eCommerce metrics, customer journeys and conversion optimisation.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence explaining findings to colleagues with different backgrounds.
  • Business-fluent German, at C1 level or above.
  • Fluent English, at C1 level.
  • Availability to work onsite from our Bucharest office.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with tag management and consent-aware tracking.

  • Experience incorporating weather APIs or other external datasets into business analysis.
  • Experience analysing cross-border eCommerce performance and local customer behaviour.

Why you will love working here:

  • Opportunities to influence business decisions and see the impact of your work.
  • A welcoming working atmosphere in an open-minded multinational team.
  • An office-based role in Bucharest, with close collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • All the necessary equipment to support your work.
  • A budget for professional development, including courses, conferences and books.
