Who We’re Looking for:


Therabody is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to manage and grow our international e-commerce sales across all platforms. This role will be responsible for co-developing and executing a comprehensive international e-commerce sales strategy, with a strong emphasis on maximizing online revenue across all channels, including our rapidly growing .com platform and existing Amazon marketplaces.


The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in managing revenue-driving programs for international e-commerce platforms and a deep understanding of online marketplace operations. This role works closely with the Director of International Digital Market and E-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the international e-commerce sales strategy, maximizing online sales across all platforms, prioritizing growth of the .com webshop. This includes collaborating with B2B market leads to build integrated sales plans for each market
  • Manage and coordinate product listings (product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory availability) across multiple international marketplaces, leveraging best practices across all platforms
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, conversion rates, customer reviews, and search rankings to identify opportunities for improvement by working together with global CX and media teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment across the business and support for e-commerce & Amazon initiatives
  • Drive promotional plans, coordinate product launches, and communicate pricing strategies across the international markets
  • Stay up to date with e-commerce and Amazon best practices, industry trends, and local policy changes for each market and work together with the International Legal Rep to ensure compliance and optimize sales performance
  • Manage relationships with Global Amazon account managers and our Amazon Marketing Agencies to ensure the right parameters are in place to drive international growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics, sales trends, and actionable insights to the international management team

The Right Person Would Have

  • 5+ years in managing international e-commerce sales across multiple platforms, including experience with Amazon
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon's marketplace policies, algorithms, and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated experience in driving sales growth and achieving targets within an e-commerce environment
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices
  • Experience in managing international e-commerce operations and working with global marketplaces is preferred
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus, as this role will involve managing international markets (UK, FR, DE, IT, ESP).
