We are looking to strengthen our team with an EasyVista Consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Provide user/business support for the EasyVista application in large-scale client environments.
• Deploy developments into production within the EasyVista application.
• Analyze and diagnose technical problem resolutions with the EasyVista application.
• Engage in large-scale projects.
• Perform basic technical problem diagnosis and resolution.
• Produce technical documentation and reports.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar experience.
• Proven experience as a service desk technician or in another user support role.
• Experience using ticketing tools (EasyVista or others will be considered an advantage).
• EasyVista Foundation certifications (will be considered an advantage).
• Technical knowledge and experience in T-SQL, SQL-Server, and LINUX.
• Technical knowledge and experience in PHP and XML (will be considered an advantage).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
