JOB SUMMARY
Project Manager is responsible for securing and managing product inventory required for all EAC projects/jobs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Frequently required to sit, bend and reach
- Frequently required to type, process information and use fine finger manipulation

JOB FUNCTIONS
- Manage project schedules
- Assist sales team in pre-contract pricing
- Place purchase orders associated with a project/job and handle quote request
- Manage purchase order activity and coordination
- Enter sales orders and invoices into ERP system
- Process Account Payable invoices
- Schedule product deliveries
- Assist in management of product inventory
- Main contact when coordinating flow of product to jobsite with 3rd party installers
- Main contact with General Contractor support team

EDUCATION
- High School diploma
- Strong computer skillsets and working knowledge of ERP system
- Ability to use intermediate math calculations
