We are seeking an E-Learning QA Specialist with hands-on experience reviewing and testing Articulate Storyline/Rise modules. This role focuses exclusively on quality assurance for interactive eLearning courses, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and a smooth learner experience across LMS platforms and devices.
Key Responsibilities- Perform end-to-end QA testing of Articulate Storyline and Rise courses
- Validate navigation, triggers, variables, quizzes, and interactions
- Test multimedia elements (audio sync, video playback, animations)
- Ensure SCORM package functionality, completion tracking, and reporting in LMS
- Check courses for visual consistency, grammar, formatting, and instructional accuracy
- Log, track, and retest issues until resolution
- 2+ years of QA experience specifically with Articulate eLearning modules
- Strong knowledge of Storyline and/or Rise 360 course behavior
- Experience testing SCORM packages in an LMS environment
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Familiarity with QA/bug-tracking tools
