Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, the E-Commerce Performance Marketing & SEO Manager, is responsible for creating and implementing online marketing strategies to drive traffic to the site, that bring sales and revenue for Guess e-commerce website. He/she will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and online visibility through paid and organic digital channels.

Another task will be the supervision of the entire Performance Marketing team and all the activities performed by it.


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as:
  1. Google Ads
  2. Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  3. TikTok Ads
  4. Programmatic/display networks
  • Affiliate marketing
  • Manage media budgets and maximize ROI, ROAS, CAC, and conversion performance.
  • Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Conduct audience segmentation, retargeting, and customer lifecycle campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare performance reports/dashboards.
  • Lead A/B testing for ads, landing pages, creatives, and conversion funnels.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams on ad assets and messaging.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and experimentation.

SEO Responsibilities

Together with the SEO lead on his/her team and the support of an external agency, we aim to:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings.
  • Optimize on-page SEO elements:
    1. Metadata
    2. Internal linking
    3. Content structure
    4. Technical SEO improvements
  • Partner with content teams to build SEO-driven editorial calendars and landing pages.
  • Monitor website health, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Manage technical SEO initiatives with developers.
  • Track rankings, traffic, and SEO KPIs using tools such as:
    1. Google Analytics
    2. Google Search Console
    3. SEMrush
    4. Ahrefs
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.

Requirements
  • At least 8 years’ experience in web-marketing and CRO environment
  • At least 8 years’ experience in SEO and analytics Tools as Google Analytics, Google Trends, SEM Rush, Adobe Omniture and Google Search Console tool
  • Excellent knowledge of Office package, especially Excel
  • HTML good knowledge
  • Proficiency knowledge of English language (both written and spoken). Any additional language is a plus
  • Must possess strong leadership skills and be precise, well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and follow-up
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills. Preference to work with number
  • Excellent execution, high respect of deadlines and good level of proactivity
  • Sense of ownership and pride in the performance and its impact on company’s success
