For a long-term transformation project with a client in Vienna, we are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Operations Support Specialist (m/f/d).
The role focuses on ensuring business continuity and providing operational support to the OneShop Squad during an ongoing transformation. You will support daily e-commerce operations across OneShop and the existing legacy webshop, maintain relevant product and campaign data, and help ensure that commercial activities are executed accurately and on time.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and the wider project team to support smooth day-to-day operations, identify operational issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.

Skills Required
- Experience in e-commerce operations
- Ability to support daily operations across new OneShop and legacy webshop
- Maintain product and campaign data accurately
- Fluent English (project language)
- Available to start ASAP and commit to a 12 month+ project
- Based in or able to work in Vienna with hybrid attendance (2 days/week onsite)
- Full-time availability (100% capacity)
