Who we Seek
The Healthy Back Institute (HBI) seeks an E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to help manage all Direct-To-Consumer marketplace operations and join our growing digital marketing team.
The E-commerce Marketplace Manager will be responsible for overall sales performance and day to day operations across all third party E-commerce marketplaces. This role will collaborate and report to the Senior Manager of Marketing Performance and Analytics to impact business KPIs across multiple B2C storefronts and online marketplaces. The Position and Focus
As the E-Commerce Marketplace Manager of our Direct-To-Consumer site and third-party retail E-commerce channels, this role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Operations, Customer Service, Technology and backend Marketing, as well as with numerous external partner agencies, to execute best-in-class customer experiences in support of our goal to increase customer acquisition and revenue in the US and worldwide.
This role will focus on assisting the E-commerce leader with a data-driven and creative approach to improving marketplace performance. The position will leverage competitor analysis, keyword research tools, and platform best practices to drive optimizations of product listings and advertising efforts in order to grow overall platform revenues. What You’ll Do

  • Execution of day-to-day duties on third party marketplaces including performance reporting, advertising optimization, inventory assessment and customer management
  • Optimization of product listings & brand content in order to drive conversion rates and overall growth on marketplaces
  • Launch product portfolios on additional 3rd party marketplaces including Walmart, eBay et al.
  • Drive review strategies to capture positive customer feedback 
  • Utilize A/B testing to leverage trends and insights to drive ongoing financial performance, user experience, and optimization improvements.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure FBA inventory 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing overall operations on Amazon and other 3rd party marketplaces
  • Strong understanding of Amazon advertising opportunities and keyword management tactics
  • Experience with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target and other eCommerce platforms performing data/analytics, analysis and reporting.
  • Organized, highly attentive to detail and flexible, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in using Google Sheets to assist with business analysis, including experience with macros and pivot tables
  • Candidates must reside in the USA/ Hours of Operations are 9:00-6:00 CST.
