👉 Your role :
Reporting to the General Manager, as the E-commerce Growth Manager you will be responsible for the performance of our e-commerce online store.
⭐️ What You’ll Do:
E-commerce Conversion Optimization :
• Implement the e-commerce strategy across France and international markets(Europe)
• Continuous improvement of the website and customer journey: e-merchandising, product pages, checkout, tags, etc.
• Commercial animation of the site and content creation
• Optimization of lead generation funnels
•Performance monitoring and reporting: site conversion rate, revenue, traffic, customer base, etc.
Email Performance Improvement :
• Coordination with the email marketing agency
• Management of the editorial calendar for newsletters and flows via Klaviyo
• Implementation of marketing campaigns and transactional emails
• Customer base engagement and segmentation: opt-ins, segment evolution, etc.
• Performance monitoring and reporting: email revenue contribution, email pressure, open rates, click-through rates, size of the active database, etc.
Who you are:
• You have at least 2 years’ experience in e-commerce, ideally on a similar role
• You have experience in 360° project management and are used to managing external agencies
• You are familiar with Shopify,Klaviyo,Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Canva
• You are familiar with or have strong interest in the world of sports.
• You have a C1 level in English - German would be a plus
