Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform supervisorial functions in accordance with company policy
- Communicate with management daily on issues concerning the department
- Assist supervisor with maintaining a team atmosphere
- Maintain RO’s - Stock reserves, as necessary
- Investigate and solve customers’ problem that are passed on by CS Reps.
- Oversee monitoring of ASN errors
- Complete execution and/or monitor replenishment from Albany, Washington, and Listowel DC’s
- Monitor and manage all customer returns
- Assist with managing and processing the returns
- Process and handle customer payments
- Set up new account applications/maintain customer’s portfolio
- Assist supervisor with maintaining production and quality records daily
- Must be willing to perform any other duties requested by supervision.
- Must be able to work in a team environment, set a good example, and have a positive attitude.
- Must be knowledgeable of all machinery and processes in work area
- Must understand company policies and departmental procedures
- Must possess a “can do” attitude
- Other duties as assigned by department Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and write legibly
- Excellent verbal skills
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (AS/400, PRMS, or similar operating system)
- Strong leadership skills
- Analytical Thinking
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Decision making skills
- Must be able to work independently or in a group
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent computer skills
