As an Omnichannel E-commerce Sr. Manager en PPG Comex you will lead the strategic transformation of a 360° omnichannel vision, including physical, digital and new platforms. This role is crucial to manage the omnichannel technologies and strategies, enhancing the customer experience across all touch points. You will report directly to the Omnichannel Head and collaborate with global teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of an omnichannel commerce strategy that ensures consistency and quality across all channels by coordinating the integration of new technologies and processes to enhance the customer experience.
- Lead a team of specialists in payment gateways, media mix, catalog execution, and product value.
- Improve Omnichannel Lab strategy including social commerce, display commerce, marketplace enablement, last mile, assisted commerce (physical stores, call centers, inspirational stores and latest platforms.)
- Develop omnichannel commerce strategies that integrate physical, digital and latest platforms. Monitor and report on the performance of omnichannel projects, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage financial resources and budgets to ensure delivery of projects within established timelines.
- Responsable for the scope of: Architectural coatings, Hardware, and Central America
- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in existing e-commerce, virtual advisor and artificial intelligence projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor´s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and omnichannel strategy (content management platforms, pricing and product systems, and data analytics tools)
- Experienced in generating indicators, plans, forecasts, investments and reports.
- Desirable to hace understanding and application of Agile and project management methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Agile, and PMI).
- Fluent English mandatory
- Skills: Leadership, communication, teamwork, and inspiring thinking
