Main purpose of the role:

In this role you will work alongside and report to our Head of E-Commerce and E-Commerce Executive to undertake a range of digital-related tasks and take ownership of the quality of the content on our sites and apps. You will learn all about our business and e-commerce and you’ll have the opportunity to grow within our organisation

Roles & responsibilities:

·    Create product listings within Shopify and update content ahead of launches, sales, and events.

·    Collaborate with the Design Team to create product descriptions and product bullet points.

·    Manage website content to ensure products are presented correctly and images are placed appropriately across multiple stores.

·    Work with the Brand Team to update website and app banners.

·    Ensure the accuracy of information on the website, including pricing and promotions.

·       Maintain a positive online experience for all customers.

·       Conduct regular reviews of the website.

·       Provide digital support during high trading seasons.

·       Collaborate with the E-Commerce Executive to resolve potential issues.

·       Perform any other duties as required by your manager.

·       And any other duties required by your manager 

Requirements:

·       Graduate or Entry level with 1 years’ experience.

·       Attention to detail and Structured thinker – Must have strong organisational skills and willingness to learn the digital environment.

·       Ideally with knowledge of websites, digital marketing, and other digital media.

·       Competent user of Microsoft/Mac suites (Sheets, Numbers, etc.).

·       Experience using content editing software and Shopify would be advantageous but not necessary.

·       Excellent written English and verbal communication skills.

·       Driven work ethic, taking ownership of your work/role.

·       Passionate about making a difference.

·       Have a keen interest in e-commerce, and trends in the digital environment.

·       Good organisational and planning skills.

·       Attention to detail – proofreading material.

·       Interest in the women's fashion industry would be advantageous.

·       Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or Economics (desirable).

·       Previous experience using Shopify or Shopify Plus (desirable).

Our home is located in Redditch, South Birmingham, with easy access routes to the M5/M42, a 20-minute walk to the train station, as well as many bus routes. Not forgetting Arrow Valley Lake which is a stone’s throw away and a beautiful spot to get those steps in or enjoy your lunch with a view.
