Overview
We are a High-Performance sales organization that thrives from working with our customers—often Industry Leaders—solving complex business challenges and positioning solutions in your focus area together with our skilled Advisory, Presales, and Solutioning organizations.
Location: Remote with travel to the client as needed.
Responsibilities
- Leading the planning and execution of sales activities related to qualifying, selling, and closing of opportunities with existing customers or new logo regarding our DYNATRACE offerings.
- Building, monitoring, and orchestrating sales pipeline activities to advance or divest opportunities.
- Acting as a subject matter expert on the company’s DYNATRACE offerings to create compelling value propositions and lead customer engagement to strengthen DXC’s position.
- Having the ability to partner with DYNATRACE, bringing in net new clients and the ability to speak about DXC/DYNATRACE partnership and joint offerings.
- Helping account teams to drive a pipeline of qualified leads and helping qualify leads into opportunities.
- Establishing relationships with existing DXC clients and with potential new accounts.
- Establishing and personally maintains strong professional relationships and credibility with key IT and business executives at the CXO level of the customer and their direct reports.
- Understanding and proactively help shape the customer's business and technology strategy.
- Interfacing with the internal organization and external partners to develop and implement strategies, plans and business models to enable further growth in the DYNATRACE space.
- Having the ability to manage a quota between $10-$40 million dollars annually.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of sales and/or sales support experience in DYNATRACE solutions and/or sales support experience in non-DYNATRACE products and services in the ECA and SaaS domain, such as Oracle, SalesForce, ServiceNow, to name a few.
- Experience working with the technology industry, specifically related to shaping, selling and/or delivering DYNATRACE services.
- Experience in consultative selling services with “use cases” to address specific industry challenges.

- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills for effective interaction with team members and prospective clients, including those at the Board level. Proficiency in English
- Excellent networking abilities and an inclusive approach to build, maintain, and leverage both formal and informal communication networks.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing situations with ease.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage and persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and documentation.
- Proficient listening and articulation skills to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Advanced selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to represent the company publicly and professionally to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound judgment and the ability to take the initiative in resolving problems effectively.
- Strong ability to present complex ideas, goals, challenges, outcomes, and processes to a diverse audience.
- Skilled at articulating and communicating the business value of company solutions, with a solid understanding of the company’s strategies, products, and competitive landscape.
