Allucent (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking for Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our IT Finance Applications team. This role is a techno‑functional position that serves as the bridge between business stakeholders (Finance) and technology, translating business requirements directly into Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system configurations.
The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Dynamics 365 configuration while also supporting business analysis activities for other financial applications within the enterprise ecosystem
In this role your key tasks will include:
Functional Consulting & Configuration Analyze finance business requirements and map them directly to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations configurations (no code/low code where applicable) Configure and test Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management modules to meet business needs Lead requirement‑gathering workshops and stakeholder sessions. Perform gap analysis and create Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
Execute and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct end‑user training
o Functional knowledge of D365 F&O modules such as:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Budgeting
- Cost Accounting
- Familiarity with:
- Data migration concepts
- Integration touchpoints with upstream/downstream systems
- Role‑based security and functional controls
- Reporting
Business Analysis & Advisory
Work closely with finance stakeholders to understand current workflows, identify gaps, and recommend industry best practices within Dynamics 365 Serve as a business analyst for other financial and enterprise applications, in addition to Dynamics 365 Translate complex business processes into clear functional designs and configuration options.
Operational Support
Address user issues through ticketing and support channels
Build functional understanding of integrated systems across the finance application ecosystem
Requirements
- Deep understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Strong functional design and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment of a growing company.
- Proficiency with various computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hybrid role – fully remote candidates are not eligible
- Minimum 2 days per week onsite in Bengaluru or Chennai
- Flexible schedule with at least 3 hours of US time overlap
- With Education Background of ICWAI /CA
Education:
CA / CMA (ICWA) qualified.
Additional relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
