Responsibilities include developing plugins, workflows, and API integrations, maintaining code, and performing system testing. They work with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
Key Responsibilities
- System Customization: Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows to meet business needs.
- Development: Write clean, scalable code using C# and .NET, particularly for Plugins and Custom Workflow Activities.
- Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems, Azure services, and API integrations (SOAP, REST, XML).
- Power Platform: Develop low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Technical Support: Maintain, troubleshoot, and debug existing applications.
- Documentation: Create technical design documents and user guides.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Proficiencies: Expert knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
- Platform Knowledge: In-depth experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) or ERP (Finance & Operations/Business Central).
- Tools: Experience with Visual Studio, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
- Methodologies: Understanding of Agile development, SDLC, and code version control (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Typical Educational/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly preferred.
