We are looking for our next Dynamics 365 CRM:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related;
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate;
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer;
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.);
- Proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 CRM using custom workflows, plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow);
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM data model, security model, and configuration;
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for developing custom applications and integrations;
- Experience with RESTful APIs, OData, and SOAP for integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems;
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React is a plus;
- Ability to design and implement custom entities, fields, forms, views, and dashboards;
- Experience with PowerApps and Power BI for building custom business applications and reports;
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM workflows, business process flows, and business rules;
- Experience with source control systems like Git;
- Knowledge of deployment and release management processes using tools like Azure DevOps or Dynamics 365 Lifecycle Services (LCS);
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers;
- Fluent in English.
