Dynamics 365 Consultant
Mississauga, Ca – Onsite role
Position is open for Full time only
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O applications, modules, and integrations.
· Design and implement custom solutions using X++, Data Entities, and SSRS for various business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
· Create and maintain APIs and OData entities for integration with external systems.
· Work with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions) to extend the capabilities of D365 F&O.
· Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure requirements are met and deliver high-quality solutions.
· Optimize application performance and ensure scalability for large enterprises.
· Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices.
· Support deployment activities, environment management, and upgrades via Azure DevOps and LCS.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users.
· Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, including custom development, integration approaches, and best practices.
· Provide ongoing technical support during post-go-live phases.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
· 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O development (cloud or on-premises)
· Strong hands-on experience with X++ development, Data Entities, and SSRS reporting
· Experience working with Azure DevOps, LCS, and Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions)
· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control tools like Git
· Solid understanding of ERP business processes, including Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications –
Microsoft Certifications:
· MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations
· MB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Apps Developer Associate
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines for D365 F&O using Azure DevOps
· Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and integration with D365 F&O
· Familiarity with customized reporting solutions and business intelligence tools
